Updated practice standards

To align with changes in the Regulation, the Board approved changes to three practice standards – Documentation, Medication Administration and Working with Health Care Assistants. The changes incorporate an LPN’s ability to make a nursing diagnosis. All of the practice standards have been re-branded so they are easier to read.
