complete your registration renewal for 2016!

Online renewal closes at 4:30 pm on December 31. Renew your registration before this deadline to avoid delays, additional fees or practising without current registration. When the deadline has passed, your 2015 registration expires and incomplete applications are cancelled.

CLPNBC’s Public Registry shows both your current and future registration status. After you submit the form and pay your renewal fee, both you and your employer can check the registry to confirm when you are eligible to work in 2016.

Please select an option:

  1. Accept the tip and use it to buy something nice for your client.
  2. Respectfully decline the tip and explain why it is not appropriate for LPNs to accept tips.
  3. Accept the tip because refusing it would offend your client.
  4. Thank your client and accept the tip because it’s okay for LPNs to accept tips that are under $20.
