March 2015 Vol. 2 Issue #3
what in the world is nursing jurisprudence?

All LPNs need to understand how standards of practice and different laws apply to their practice. To help you check your understanding, CLPNBC has developed an interactive online education module and an open-book exam.

This spring you will have the opportunity to participate in a Jurisprudence Pilot Project to test your knowledge of CLPNBC's Standards of Practice. By participating you will become part of a unique group of LPNs who get a sneak preview of Jurisprudence before it becomes a quality assurance requirement for all LPNs.

Earn digital badges that you can post and share with others on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. You can also challenge your colleagues to become part of this exciting project! Stay tuned for more information coming in April!

Please select an option:

  1. Make a formal complaint about the RN to CRNBC.
  2. Report your observation to your supervisor immediately.
