How to update your personal information

Did you recently move? Are you not getting LPN Connect in your email? Has your name changed? Maybe you changed employers? Update your contact information online!

We have made it easier for you to keep your contact information up-to-date. Here's how:

  1. Click on LPN Sign in from the top of any CLPNBC webpage
  2. Sign in with your email and CLPNBC password
  3. Select Personal Information from the list under the green Registration button
  4. When the page opens, fill in your new information.  
  5. Note: If you are requesting a name change you must read and follow instructions for submitting the required supporting notarized documents. Only after supporting documents are received/reviewed will name changes be reflected on your file and the Public Register
